Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn hijabs or caps
  • Used accessories or scrunchies
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
