Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the item received is damaged, faulty, or defective. All requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Faulty or Defective Item
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, please email us at contact@falahlabel.com.au with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging the way it was received.
- Be approved by our team prior to being returned.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.
The customer will be refunded the total amount of their order. However, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or preference-related reasons.
Exchanges will only be approved if the item is confirmed by our team to be faulty, damaged, or defective.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to be processed.
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 14 business days, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
If your cancellation request is approved before processing, a full refund, including any shipping charges paid, will be issued to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
